First Nations chiefs and leaders debate an emergency resolution to support upholding the current oil tanker ban on the B.C. coast. First Nations leaders and delegates from across the country are gathering in Ottawa over three days from December 2-4 to discuss policy issues and set priorities for the coming year. The Right Honourable Stephen Harper was Canada’s 22nd prime minister from 2006 to 2015. Earlier this year, his official portrait was unveiled and added to the House of Commons’ collection.
